Vid.AI Terms and Conditions

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any unauthorized activities. If you suspect that someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, you should notify Vid.AI immediately.

By connecting your YouTube account to Vid.AI, you authorize us to upload content to your channel using the YouTube Data API. We do so strictly under the permissions granted via Google OAuth, and we do not store or use your YouTube data for any purpose outside of what is required to provide our service.

We request OAuth scopes to enable features such as uploading, analytics, and account info. You retain full ownership of your YouTube content. You may revoke our access at any time from your Google Account settings or from your Vid.AI dashboard.

We do not use your YouTube data for unauthorized purposes, and we never share or sell your data to third parties. You remain in full control of your connected YouTube account.

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If it has not been more than 30 days since your payment, we're happy to refund for any unused credits—no questions asked. Just send us an email at [email protected], and we'll take care of the rest.

Vid.AI does not allow the transfer of accounts to another party.

Commercial use of the Service is allowed.

By signing up for the Service with a work email address, you grant Vid.AI permission to use your company's logo and name on our landing page or in our advertisements to indicate that your company uses our Service. This permission is conditional upon your continued use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Vid.AI does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, and you use the Service at your own risk. Vid.AI is not responsible for any legal issues that arise from the use of its AI-generated content.

Vid.AI may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
